PAGREPASO NG K TO 12, INAASAHANG MATAPOS SA 2023

Kasalukuyang gumugulong ang review ng DEPED sa K to 12 curriculum.

Sa interpelasyon ni KABATAAN Party-list Rep. Raoul Manuel sa budget ng kagawaran, natanong nito kung kailan isasagawa ng ahensya ang pag-repaso sa K to 12.

Tugon ni Education Usec. Ernesto Gaviola, on going ang pag-aaral sa K to 12 at inaashaan na matapos ito sa 2023.

Bukod dito isinasapinal lang din nila ang isinagawang review para naman sa K to 10 curriculum.

Idinagdag naman ni Vice President at Education Sec. Sara Duterte na ang pag-repaso sa curriculum ay ilalahad sa iba’t ibang sektor upang makuha ang kanilang mga komento at mungkahi upang mapagbuti ang K to 12 curriculum.

Pag-amin naman ni VP Sara, aabutin ng 2 hanggang tatlong taon upang maipatupad ang bagong K to 12 curriculum.

Magkagayonman, sisikapin aniya nil ana maipatupad ito sa loob lamang ng isa o hanggang dalawang academic school year.

“We are currently presenting it, we initially presented it to the mancom, execom and then we will present it to other sectors. And from the government and the private sector as well. And we are currently starting with thereview on grades 11 to 12 and it will go through the same process. 

It will go through presentations so that comments and suggestion from all the sectors can be collated by the department of education and we come up with the new curriculum for the k to 12 program. 

However during our discussions it will take 2 to 3 years for a new, for us to implement a new curriculum for the k t o12 and I was and ia m trying to push the curriculum and instruction to do in in 1 year and we will update you on that if we will be able to implement a new curriculum in a year or 2. We’re talking about academic school year.” Ani VP Sara.
